did you give a 2 week notice that you are quitting?
or did you quit on the spot.
that old company may be messing with you, cuz you left them.
good luck to you, let us know what happens.

That’s what I told them , they acted like I’m still supposed to take it so I didn’t refused but I questioned it, and said I need to find out the protocol of a driver that left the company having to take a random and when I said that 15 minutes later they submitted a refusal

There wasn’t even a date or time on the info to the clinic, that was 400 miles away, that part makes no sense either who schedules a site 400 miles away from my house

you still did not answer my questions....
1) did you give a 2 week notice?
or
2) did you quit on the spot, when the new company hired you.??
this could be the "root cause" as to the 400 miles away test site....
they knew you would not make it, and use THAT as a refusal.....
in other words...payback for you quitting.... -
I told them a month prior that I was leaving because my daughter was going to jail and I would have to care for my grand son , then I told them again 5 days prior to my last load then I told them again the day I made it back from the load on Jan 17th in person, still with a resignation letter dated for Jan 17th, so nothing was new too them they didn’t want me to leave, but the changes I had to make wasn’t for me it was for my familyLast edited by a moderator: Mar 6, 2024
