Ex felon looking for work

These companies crack me up. Application states they only go back a certain number of years for background, BUT...then have a little thing later that asks "Have you ever..." It's amazing. Yes. Yes, I have, but that was way back beyond your stated background limitations. Why do they need to know that if it won't even bee seen during background? If seen, not considered.

Sometimes I tell the truth, other times I don't (just to see what happens - always nothing). Makes me laugh.

That’s true mostly, however, they do offer training from their Columbus OH Amazon dedicated account. Therefore perhaps this same “student training” is offered elsewhere also. I was a trainer on the account for two years and they asked me if I wanted to train students instead of the already CDL A held drivers. It was something new they were starting in 2021. So wouldn’t hurt to ask. Nothing ventured nothing gained as they say. Just my two cents. Hope you find something. I do wish you good hunting.
