Sometimes Sygma will hire a "driver helper" to run with a licensed driver or hire a driver with a CDL-A Permit to train with a licensed driver. Couple years ago I saw some ads like that in Florida.

    That's the right attitude.

Your getting some great advice from @Opus and @Chinatown, and the other folks.

As Opus said...stay on track. Get used to the word no, and don't let it hold you back.

    Good luck to you.

Not much. Haven't read any negative comments about the company. Gives some drivers a second chance. I like the company because it's coast to coast reefer.

How much experience OTR you got? Depending on your felony, Climate Express out of Union, MO will hire ya. We've got drivers that have all kinds of skeletons in the closet, me being one of them

Well, OTR only 8 months. I have a year and a half delivering food products in a reefer
