Ex felons working

Enigma I not prejudging you either, Im telling you reality of you're situation. as I said before I have a misdemeanor Conviction that was originally a Felony.but was dismissed some even look at that like you were arrested for a Felony so you quilty of that to.you have a felony Conviction of a serious crime and one of moral turpitude look that up, it's considerd beyond socialtal norms.you might want to think about your employment record because you probable have had a hard time getting a job since you're conviction.there could be other things holding you back not just a Felony but a Moral turpitude crime. and you're employment record...depending on how serious your crime was try and get a pardon and explain your entire situation to the board and pray to god like you do and maybe they will see it you're way...

 

Not a problem, all is forgiven and forgotten. But, man that silver plater wouldn't be a bad thing, LOL

 

Actually, I just had a run of bad employment choices. I worked for two Temp Agencies as a Dispatcher that lost the same client account I was hired to manage back to back. So I have been laid off twice. The Client Account was closing its doors and systematically started cutting the Temp Agencies until the day they announced publicly that they where shutting down. You may of heard of ABX Air (Air Born Express) or DHL Air in Wilmington, OH. shutting its doors and killing that small town. Then after that I got Terminated from K-Mart due to a policy violation. I use to work Loss Preventions, and I attempted to perform a theft prevention on a shop lifter who I had caught stealing on cctv. Witch turned into a Non-Productive Stop. The chick handed off the item to a child who dropped the item, and when I confronted them the item in question was not found. LOL. So I was Terminated. Get this though, I had the best record of bust, 12 apps in 2 months, 2 of the bust where over $300.00 in merchandise. And still they canned me. Never work Loss Preventions, the thief has more rights that you do.

OMG!!!!! P.A.M. just called me! They scheduled a Drug Screen and Physical for me Wed. the 15th, and I have to call them Fri. at about noon for further instructions. Prayer Warriors!!! Pray for me!!!! I will keep you guys posted.

i got hired with 2 felonies 1 13 years old the other 11 its all about how you present yourself your attitude convictions mine was for a firearm possession and threatening crime as long as your not a murderer woman or a baby raper drug dealer drug user a thief along those lines anyone should be good
