Yea if we run out of hours and have to do a reset we get the 65 for the reset. I been trying not to run out otr lately. I hate sitting for 34 hours for 65 bucks. I rather be at the house. But This past Monday I sit in nj doing a reset cause I ran to hard and messed myself up

Oh if for some reason we layover for 24 hours. Like have no load, which should never happen if you update your Next available time properly, it's still just 65 bucks, I've heard other companies pay lot more for layover due to no load. I haven't had a layover since Christmas time and was probably my fault for not updating NAT right. I don't make that mistake anymore. Oh and break down pay is the same 65 day.. I pray not to break down or you will be very poor here lol

Is that 65 plus the 48 per diem or is per diem included in the 65?

Yeah, it's a lot of running hard out there from what I gather, but if I can pull 6 days off in a row, that's a nice home time rest. Not sure how one would be living hand to mouth off of 1500 hundred a week, but folks spend money differently I guess. A retirement check and 1500 week while out sets me up nicely.

As a new driver you get 3 raises your first year, then 2 cents every year

I'm not sure what exact months u get your raises, I came in under military time so I started at 46. I was told though new drivers starting at the 41 cpm got 3 raises in first year and were somewhere around the 45 or 46 zone at end of 12 months.. you should definitely be asking about this to your driver manager for the exact truth. Please update me on here on what they say

I just worked 14 days straight.. had a good first week and a bad second week. Only made 2800 dollars for the 14 days out. So basically only 200 a day. Second week I had days of layover pay, so didn't really work much at all it seemed. Could have been worst though so I'm not complaining. I'm not off work for a much needed week off. I return back to work next Monday
