Does anyone know if there's an open crankcase conversion kit for a durastar maxxforce dt (09 engine, two coolers)? I'm thinking of replacing the hose that goes from the breather to the inlet with a longer one that goes into to atmosphere, and just block off the remaining pipe going to the inlet. Will this work? Is there a certain way to do or not do this? Are there any risks/cons to doing this to the truck?

Yeah, no problem with that. There is a conversion for the 2010 engine, but I don't know of one for 07 models. Just blocking off the elbow inlet and rerouting the other tube is just fine though.
