Hi everyone!!
Been having a water build up issue in my air lines. All is fine till it gets colder Temps. Then the water freezes and air cannot go through lines.
It's a belly dump trailer
My truck is a 2000 freightliner
Question: could it be a compressor issue or air dryer issue? Or both?
The air dryer purges about every 10 seconds or less.
Not normal, I know...
I cannot figure out why so much moisture is getting into my air lines!!
Please help.
PS I don't want to know how to remove the water. I need help/advice on how to prevent it from getting in.
Thank you!!

Fix air leak causing compressor to run all the time.
Drain tanks.
Change drier cartridge.
@JB7 @Goodysnap may be able to give better information.

X2 Drain the tanks. Excessive air dryer popping off is a sure sign they need draining. If it continues afterwards, you probably need a new dessicant filter. Probably have an AD9 drier. They’re cheap, Might want to change the whole thing.
JoeyJunk Thanks this. -
Drain your tanks more often. The condensation builds up and fills them with water. Not that big of a deal during the Summer but once it dips below freezing it'll make your life miserable. Also, add some deicer or alcohol in a punch.
