    Should have thought of that. But I have resigned myself to doing most of my workout in the cab and in front of my truck.

    Actually in the truck none.
    In the lot, pushups, sit ups, leg lifts, squats, lunges, windmills, jumping jacks, oblique side to side with your arms over your broom handle across the back of your FAT neck, toe touchers, squat thrusts, 8 count body builders, walking, cycling., dumbbell curls, military press, bent lat pulls.
    You need a piece of carpet so your not in piss, or a mat, 2 dumbells ( I carry enough for 35 each ) and your gloves, and some motivation, and you will always have a 2 year card, and a girlfriend.
