actually, just a few days ago, i started my 48th....

and it will end in a few weeks....(just not sure the end date.)

i normally DO NOT give any notice that i am quitting, but this boss/company really has been terrific, and they do need at least that 2 weeks to hurry up and get someone, for me to train.

or it's "good-bye" to them, if in that time frame, they cannot find someone......I WILL NOT go past my end time.

no desire to finish up the year, nor even try to make it to the BIG 5-0.........!!!!

You might lol. Just do a jog around the parking lot or down whatever country road youre parked on. Also do push-ups and get yourself some 5 or 10 pound dumbbells and do circuit training with them. Theres good vids on youtube that can show you butt kicking exercise routines.

Some TA/Petro truck stops have a small gym. Usually after work 14 hour day you might be a little tired. Then you have 10 hours off to shower and eat and sleep. Plus exercise if you want.

When it hot in the summer and you can smell all the piss driver pour on the parking lot. Then in the winter you have the extreme cold and ice covered parking lots. Sometime walking for a shower when it 10F or going to use the bathroom. You also have wait for a shower sometimes. So it can be a challenge to find time to exercise and still make delivery on time and legal. Making on time pickup and delivery and doing it legal is the first priority.

Kettlebell swings are an awful lot of bang for the buck, so to speak.
You can often times use the drivers lounge. Nobody in there.

14 hour shifts you're not going to work out after a few of those. Look hard into your diet and be calorie deficient. But some exercise is better than none. The science behind kettlebells is that it's heavy and awkward to move. My home gym has all kinds of weird stuff I've gotten from work. Just make sure you secure it in the truck.

Aside from you diet, it's easy to stay in shape, you just need to make a conscious effort.
Every time you stop to check the tires or get out of the truck you can do simple exercises, a few minutes here, a few minutes there, stretching, squats, push up on the trailer's bumper bar, walk a mile or two during your down time.

You can even exercise behind the wheel.
I did deck work for many years until I injured myself and needed back surgery.
One of the exercises recommended by the surgeon was a pelvic tilt, which you can do in the sitting position, good for the abdomen, legs, butt muscles, posture.
Basically sitting at attention with your pelvis tilted for as long as you can stand to do it, can be a full body workout, becomes easier over time.
Never thought of it then, but I guess you could do humping exercises instead, if the wife thinks you need the practice.
