Exit process for O/O?

Well England has withheld my last paycheck/settlement, say they have 45 days to pay me on it

 

Just wanted to give an update of what happened with my final settlement with CRE.

I finally got it yesterday so it took about 41 calendar days for me to get back what was in my escrow accounts after I terminated my lease with them. Since I owned the truck they could not really get anything on me. The only thing that I did not like was my last trip they withheld pay on that until the final settlement was ready. I called the IC department about what was taking so long for me to be paid for my last trip but they said they did not pay it until my final settlement was ready.

I quoted the regulation above but they said in my contract it stated that they could withhold my final paycheck until my final settlement was ready. I got back about $2,300 which was direct deposited in my business account. So I am glad to have CRE behind me now. I wish anyone going there the best of luck!
