I am the owner of a 2 straight truck and 1 tractor operation. Been at it for about 5 years. Recently tractor work is picking up and don't want to invest in another tractor just yet. I'm thinking the leasing an Owner Operator route pulling my trailers.

What are my odds of finding a really good Owner Operator to lease on to such a small company?

I would say pretty good as long as your company is legit and you pay on time, have decent equipment, and miles to keep him busy.:bootyshake:

I'd sooner work for a small outfit that treats me right than all the big carriers in the world...
