Experalda Chain Logistics??

So I broke down this week on my dedicated drop and hook run to Laredo and back to MI.

Carrier had to broker out the load, to have someone pick up my trailer in Laredo, switch out with me in Texarkana, and then I'd go back north and he'd go back south to Laredo.

This driver is now 10 hours late. No one can get ahold of him, and this company has stopped answering e-mails.

My company told me they brokered out to Experalda, supposedly a carrier. Turns out I found out myself that it's an independent broker.

Who knows who she then double brokered my trailer out to???

So was wondering if anyone has done business with Experalda Chain Logistics. Google search says she's out of Arlington, TX. Safer.fmsca.dot.gov says it's a one truck operation, so maybe her husband does the runs. But she explicitly states broker on her FB. At least I think.

Anyhow, has anyone ever done business with this company? Dispatch and I are going bat crap crazy worrying about this because now I'm going to be late going back to MI. Driver won't answer phone, she won't answer phone or emails anymore. Kinda sucks now.
