    When I got into trucking in 83 you had to have a minimum of 2 years road experience accident free to train.Whats the requirements nowadays?Talked with a guy at Melton that's a trainer with less than a year under his belt.

    Most have raised their standards, trainers need to have a pulse and be able to get the truck out of the yard.
