Well after 1.5 years I'm moving on. Start with ODFL tomorrow....just got tired of damaged freight, late freight, low hours and horrible morale. I really find it hard to believe 2019 is going to yield what a lot of people are hoping for in wage/pension increases the way freight is moving....why reward foolishness on the docks?

Good luck. You doing P&D or Line Haul? When I worked on the dock at Yellow 10 years ago the amount of freight I would see damaged on a daily basis was unreal... Pure laziness and ignorance is what that is.tony97905 Thanks this.

P&D still, but there are much better opportunities for linehaul runs should I chose to go that route without losing seniority.
We were told the dock workers were laying down (again) to make a point and all of our freight was late and torn up. They just introduced a new MOU which will eliminate positions at current break-bulks and open new ones at current end-of-line terminals that are transitioning into break-bulks.HalpinUout Thanks this.

	What are break bulks?

Large terminals that receive freight for their location but also unload/reload freight to go down the line. Think Atlanta, Dallas, KC, Denver, etc.crazeydude Thanks this.
