Tell that to the 21 companies I have applied with that said even though I have 12 years driving overall (10.5 yrs OTR, 1.5 million miles accident free, then 1.5 hauling gas) I don't have the recent OTR experience. It's not the driver, it's the insurance companies. But in his case, a ding here, a ding there and a rollover, maybe a refresher would be needed.

Perhaps I'm a little out of touch. Been back on the road 14 years this time. The breaks I mentioned were 85-88 and 92-95.

Thngs are quite a bit different now. The insurance companies pretty much control the hiring now.

Very sharp pickup Tiny Tim. Many people asking for help and advice but don't give the whole story. I guess I would've wasted my time giving this guy the help he was asking for without knowing that he had rolled a truck and thought very little about it.
