Experienced Driver advice in a situation.

Got run slap over at a drop last year by a smurf&actually got a city pd to come onto Private property &do a full ax report....showed big blue completely at fault....and still didn't show anywhere publically on our csa stats or weiney's...cost em a ton though.....

 

just another day at the office for the blue screw lol.

 

My friend had one it only showed up on his company score is all not the csa score

 

if the police did not have you sign a paper for dot. you are ok. as far as it showing up on you driving record that is a no. but you should be asking the company how are they gonna list it in your file. some companies have a set amount if it fall below they list it as a incident. if it is above they list it as a preventable. ask safety dept. they will tell you how its gonna show. so if you choose to change companies you will be able to tell them if you have a preventable or incident. most time if its not handed over to the insurance company the company will list it as a incident. but if the insurance company gets involved count on it being listed as a preventable. good luck!!
