I'm wondering about something.Not real long ago a member here worked for Swift awhile and didn't seem to mind it,except she left as every time she took some time off she had to wait for another truck to become available. Some of the 'wait times' became longer than the time she took off. Has this practice of slip-seating been discontinued?

It seems to be where you are based out of.
I have taken 4 days off and still kept my truck.

In Phoenix, from what I hear, 2 or more days off and you give up your truck.

That seems to show how important the drivers are to the flagship terminal.
