You are spot on with Hunters point. First time I went in there in the late 70's, the guy who was the lead driver reached down and laid a pistol on the dog house as we pulled in to the lot. I asked him if he thought it would be best to lay it in the glove box in case the police came on the lot and spotted it. He replyed, "Police dont come on this lot" ,,,I had to give some serious thought to this choice of a reefer career![]()

Its all a learning curve in life we learn from our mistakes I was a horrible dirver at first the third day of being on my own I had a dock I had to use my lift gate to get the freight off well being in a rush I pulled away with the lift gate out and made a hard right turn not noticing the ups truck right along side of me the lift gate swong out towards the ups truck and sheared the side right in half and it collapsed on the one side thank god no one was in it but that was a oh crap moment. But I learned never had a accident since.. We all will make mistakes the thing is when your new slow down dont worry about the other guy do what you can to be safe and things will be fine.. None of us are perfect so just keep that in mind 20 years down the road I train drivers for a living
