I did do a lot of space-walks while running teams. We drove a conventional Pete so it was easy. Just hop out onto the running board in your skivies and...

...one of us would wake up and jump out of the sleeper into the jump seat
"Gotta piss?"
"Yeah"
"Want to stop?"
"Nah... I'll just space-walk"
