I spent a day wandering through a town just like that in China.
Lots of interesting things to see and very relaxing.
One guy had a small table and chair and said he cleans peoples ears.
I figured, what the heck, something to experience.
He stuck a tuning fork in my ear then tapped on it with something.
That was all there was to it. I thought it was fake. The rest of the day, wax kept coming out of my ears and I could hear better.
