Yep.. some people just never grow up and there was a pretty big segment of drivers back in the day who played the "outlaw" gig to the fullest.. until they got their arses thrown out of the industry... now they sit home and complain about flip flops

Another update:
I called to tell them to stop texting me and got in an argument with Eric when he pretended not to have received my last text where i stated to him to tell alex to pay me, and indicated that i was done with Expo and gave him a link to this report. (My pay was initiated by Alex shortly after i sent Eric that text--and, as mentioned, I had sent Alex a text with a link to this report two days before Eric.
Anyway, I yelled at Eric and called him a ##### idiot, and he asked me where I lived so he could come and do something to me -- I couldn't make out what he said he was going to do but it wasn't too nice--I cut him off and yelled even louder. He continued to try to tell me what he was going to do to me when he finds me, then his phone hung up. If i am lucky, maybe he will try. This is a "criminal threat" per California law.
And this reminds of something that occurred with expo about two or three years ago. Alex's twin brother, Sergey, was fixing something on a trailer i was hauling in West Sacramento. A guy at a business across the street, who didn't like Alex, and thought Sergey was Alex (they are identical twins), began driving a forklift around the trailer very close to Sergey's feet crunching nearby boards on the ground. I grabbed a wench bar and chased the guy away while Sergey was sitting on the ground beside the trailer working on it. It worked. The guy stayed away and the trailer got fixed.Last edited: Sep 18, 2025
