Does an exterior tractor light exist to illuminate the road lane-space on either side of the tractor and trailer? I.E., I cannot see a vehicle at night that is passing me on the left or right that does NOT have it's headlights on. Yah, I know, but I see people every night driving in the late night hours with no lights on.
If yes, what and where do I buy it? Thanks.

No it is too dangerous to have rear facing lights that will illuminate the road on the side of you. If you have issues with vehicles that are not using lights, then it is a problem that you can't fix - you can't fix stupid.
