Since this morons post is almost 2 years old, allow me to give you the facts as of today. I've been an O/O here since August, 2011 and have no plans on leaving.
We do NOT get paid percentage. We get $0.90/mi on ALL miles ($0.94 if you choose to go on Electronic logs) plus fuel surcharge on ALL loaded miles, regardless of origin.
There are NO trailer fees.
There is NO escrow.
There is NO $200 fee to hire on but you are responsible for a recent physical.
There IS a weekly processing fee of $99 which INCLUDES plates, permits, fuel tax and reporting, prepass plus, etc. The tolls are on us, and the prepass comes out of your settlement once a month.
Comdata fees are $1.85 for fuel or 2.10 w/advance (up to $300.00/wk) at most truck stops. At Love's, it's $0.85/$1.10. We get $.02-$.04 discount at Love's. The discount and the $0.85 fuel fee is refunded monthly.
I average 2800-3300 mi/wk.
It may not be the best package going, but it's pretty good.roaddawg92 Thanks this. -
90 cents a mile ? I guess the fuel surcharge is about the only thing that keeps you out of the red....

This is FX Management and the first post comment and a few other posts are simply not true. For more information and to hear about our real package and how it is the best in the industry for OO's call 866-737-2196.

first u ask alot of questions, ask for a copy of the lease, and if they dont send it then a red flag goes up,but that does not mean they are a bad company. read the contract thru at time of lease, refuse to b pushed into it. as far as i am concerned a lease purchase is a ripoff. -
Member SinceFeb 2013Trucker?13 YearsPosts1Thanks0Thanked: 0 TimesI've been with F/X for almost 4 yrs.. I have been treated with nothing but respect, never had a paycheck be late or non collectable, plenty of freight, both out and back home, which is what this company does. The weekly settlement deductions are fair and specified before you take the job and it's non forced dispatch, paper logs and no qualcomm.. if you're looking for that greener grass on the other side of the fence, well then good luck my friend.. there's no such thing as a perfect business.. and though they may not be perfect either, they sure do come close.. I'm a real driver and my truck # is 5661. if anyone has questions about F/X and you want true and honest answers, give them a call and tell them to connect you with me.. it's easy to bash a company online but they don't deserve it.. thank you..

I have talked to a driver face to face and I have a copy of the lease and they have in the lease that they can come back at any time and get any overpayment to the driver.
Also they have the policy set up if you screw up on your logs then they shove a box in your truck yes they run you great miles but the come back at any time to get an over payment stinks a weee bit. The black box issue I can understand but come back at ANY time makes me cringe a bit.
They kinda cringe if ya ask em about fixing ya old truck if ya have one like I do but that's a toss up, IMO tbey seem like a great company unlike other companies that don't trust their drivers they do allow you to run w/o an ankle braclet.
I may give em a try or give Celedon a try its a toss up.
