You wear a mask don’t you?
You should be completely protected right?
So what’s the problem if someone else is not wearing one?
I mean masks work don’t they?
Or do you believe they aren’t effective?
If they aren’t effective why is anyone wearing one ?
Oh and people have been breathing on various types of produce sections with out masks for more than 2000 years with out issue.

    Yes.

    Wrong.

Because the purpose of wearing a mask is not to protect the wearer from other people. Rather, the purpose of wearing a mask is to protect other people from the wearer.

Surgeons don't wear masks to prevent themselves from getting sick. Surgeons wear masks to prevent the patient from getting sick.

How many more times does it need to be explained?

Fake news. There's been lots of issues, for example when the black plague wiped out 25% of the world's population. But now we have this new invention called science. You should try it sometime.

Look up Ron White's "tater salad" bit - he was told not to wear his hat in the bar, he took the hat off, then put it back on. He didn't know how many of the bouncers it would take to kick his rear, but he knew how many they were going to use . . .

A passenger's individual liberty does not exempt them from following the rules of the business. Don't like the rules? Don't fly.

Your wanting everyone around you to wear masks is silly anyway since the coronavirus is one thousand times smaller than the gaps between the fabrics of these masks.

So if what you are saying is correct why are places like Texas and Florida and others who have been completely open with no masks for months have drastically lower positive test rates and deaths than the full lock down stats like NY?
So maybe you should try that new invention of science you speak of?
Also Here’s what my personal science is.
I hate masks and don’t wear them period.
As I write this I am about to head out on my 19th trip from NY to Florida and back again since this whole COVID thing began.
I have stopped in every state in between including pa. ,Md.,Va.,Nc.,Sc.,Ga., Mass.,and NJ. numerous times intermingling with other drivers from all over the country who have have been in and out of hot spots and yet here I am in the supposed dangerous age group and a little over weight yet healthy with no COVID issues.
If those who say follow the science actually followed the science we would probably have had a much better outcome from this mess we are in.

Thanks for proving that you're not a scientist and that therefore nobody should listen to you. Fact is, the virus does not fly around in the air on its own. The way it travels is it hitches a ride in droplets of water vapor which are thousands of times larger than the virus itself. And those droplets of vapor are what the mask catches.

What's silly is your "information" sources didn't explain this to you.

They don't. New York only has about 10% more cases per capita than Texas and is statistically tied with Florida. And that's despite the fact that when Trump closed the borders, three airports in the country were forced to stay open and continue accepting international arrivals, and one of those was in New York City, where most European travelers flew into, and Europe is where most of our covid imports came from.

No, maybe you should, because without it, you are continuing to thoroughly and comprehensively embarrass yourself.

Fake news. In reality, we have one of the highest concentrations of science deniers in the world, and we also had one of the worst covid outbreaks in the world. It's fairly certain that that is not a coincidence. Why else would the low population density science denier havens of North and South Dakota have the worst per capita covid rates in the nation? Yes, way worse even than New York.
