    I've been with more than 1 factoring company.
    E Capitol and Financial Carrier.

    Factoring company's put a lien on your business through the UCC that doesn't have a way to terminate an assignment of notice and that's the key to holding you hostage from leaving.

    That and very high termination fee's along with conditions that are hard to accomplish.
