one CDL school i worked with, made the student pay for a re-test, cuz only the FIRST one was included in the overall cost of the school.

that $350 pays for yard time, an instructor and the cost of the test itself at the DMV.

nothing is free anymore, fuel has to be paid, employee has to be paid, insurance has to be paid, DMV has to be paid.
