Failed DOT physical. Can I try a new doctor

My uncle's on the one-year for BP meds. No matter what he tests out, he's stuck on a one-year because of it.

As for Prime Rib, that BMI rule is for whether a driver would be required to do a sleep study in order to pass a medical. Not whether they'd be ruled ineligible for driving just because of BMI.

 

Does anyone know if DOT physicals are being sent electronically to the DMV now?

 

I don't know doctors The Prescription for scheduled one through 6 or so. DEA the repurchases to keep the entire rolls in near time.

3 to 6 days post operative pain is a standard but generally these medicines are cut off once they hae a epxiry date.

 

Go to another doctor and do not list that prescription.

 

As of 4 months ago, I still had to send mine in myself. The examiner said she did not file them.

 

I'm not sure of the particulars, but there is a system in place to prevent doctor shopping.

 

you are allowed to get a 2nd and even a 3rd opinion. You are not allowed to lie to the 2nd or 3rd doctor.OOIDA has a lot of good info on the new rules. Good luck

 

Nope the BMI thing was part of CSA 2010 ...out the window ...and if I'm not mistaken they raised the BP level ...
