    An examiner is not allowed to give a DOT Physical unless currently certified...period. They know the law changed etc. CVS is an easy way...

    While I agree with others saying this guy should be checked out, I think it's crazy they didn't at least give him a 3 month card. We've got guys out here so obese they can hardly get in and out of the truck and older guys that look like they've got 1 foot and half their other leg in the grave and this guy gets sent home for a hand tremor? I don't mean to offend anyway but seems asinine to me.
