Man i tell you stress can be a big factor. The first time i took my test i was so stressed out i got 2 right. The guy was like you can take it again right now. Just calm down take a deep breath and think. Nailed it the 2nd time missed 1 question on each test. Your nerves will play a big roll. Just study. You know this stuff its not hard you can do it.
-
Study.. Heck I waited 8 hours in line to change my chauffers license over to a CDL in 1991. Aced all but one test and then I only got a 80 percent, but passed. That was hazmat...
Common sense questions.... -
If you do you will be confused with 3 wrong answers for every question! Or that is what I realized.
Scroll to the bottom and click for the score before answering any question. It will give you the answers so you can learn them first, without getting all those wrong answers in your head.
After you have read all the correct answers a few times, then come back the next day and take the test for real.

There are practice tests all over the web. I like the ones here the best. Hit the "more info" links and take the tests with the most questions. Take again and again until you ace them a couple times in a row. If you don't understand something, look it up on youtube--somebody likely has a video explaining what it is--this helps me remember answers, too.
I did not do the above until after I failed the first time. So the second time, I did that AND right after my number was called, I asked God to go in the testing area with me. -
Many fail on the first go round, don't fret! Here is another practice test source for you http://www.cristcdl.com/otc/gk2/

My advice is slow down, first get you general and air brakes. Then study and go back later for your hazmat and tanker. then other endorsements you may want. I think you are just trying to process too much right now.

Sounds like you had to many test the same day. I took endorsement test later after I got permit. My advice try to take the two test u need for permit (general knowledge and combo) then worry bout the others. I'm not trying to be a know it all just trying to help. You got it just be patient.
