Failed my DOT Physical

WHEN YOU SHOW UP TO ORIENTATION AND SWIFT POSSIBLY ASKS YOU::::::::

Swift - “Do you have any current injuries that would restrict you from becoming a truck driver?”

You - “No” (correct answer)

You - “well I was in an accident years ago and I have neck pain.” (WRONG ANSWER)

 

How much more clear does he need to be? They were smoking marijuana.

Nothing. You do realize the world doesn't revolve around you and your thread, and people are going to interject with their own unique experiences, right?

What information did you put on your DOT LONG FORM that you filled out for your DOT Physical, as to why you were taking your medications? I would assume you filled in a blank somewhere that spelled out your neck/back injury due to and automobile accident. When you get to Swift, or ANY OTHER COMPANY, they will ask for a copy of your Long Form ALONG WITH YOUR DOT MEDICAL CARD. They will READ THE LONG FORM, and ask you about the CAR ACCIDENT INJURIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is why I am trying to impress upon you to have a LETTER FROM YOUR DOCTOR, STATING THAT YOU HAVE RECOVERED FROM YOUR INJURIES, and are capable of operating a CMV. I really do not think you understand what I am saying. Good luck to you. I have done my best to give you solid information. This is the last response to any of your many posts........ You go from mild to wild way too fast. I'm not so sure I'd want you pulling 80k down the same roads my wife and kids travel. You can't take even constructive criticism. You don't follow instructions, or advice, even after you asked for them. You fly off the handle, and go into attack mode at the drop of a hat. You just can't handle the truth at all.

You can take this like the tablespoon of cement that it is, or you can block me. I'm not here to walk on eggshells around you.
