Failed my DOT Physical

    I am going to type this out again. I had to do this on Twitter a few days ago.

    These substances listed in 21 CFR 1308.11 (391.42(b)(12)) are schedule I substances. Then we have the substances the DOT test for in the urine tests. These medications are the ONLY ones banned and even in the case of things like Hydrocodone there is an exception. STOP THIS!

    Drugs tested in the DOT urine test! PART 40.87!

    They told me to ask my doctor to send them an email saying that I am no more on this medicine, or another medicine is prescribed instead of Flexiril. And then they will give my 2 year certification. I will call my doctor on Monday.

    Yes, and its a part of your physical now. This means your safety dept will also be aware of it. When I took Flexiril safety was OK with it as long as the ME was. I still think this ME is being a total Richard, but what do I know?
