Yeah I did both of those too. I think it's just that I never said "the governor just cut out at 120-125psi". I mentioned that it was building to the cut out, but never pointed out when it cut out. I still think she could have let me slide on that since I obviously knew it's supposed to cut out at 120-125psi. I said it twice. I'm thinking she wouldn't tell me exactly why I failed because she knows I would have been pissed

Well when I got my license in Tx in 2012 I got the impression that some of the examiners were less than professional. Some of em acted like if you didnt bow to their authority you just might not get your license.

Good Luck, youll get it eventually -

I have never heard of someone failing a cdl test and the
tester not stating the reason for the failure.
I just took a friend for his CDL test last week and he was nervous and forgot the brake test.
They immediately told him he failed and why.
How in the hell are you supposed to learn and correct the problem with out them letting you know what you did wrong?
Also there is a document the tester generated for the test that has your name on it and why you failed.
You have a right to see that document if you wish.
    What’s next?
Traffic tickets with fines and no explanation of what you did wrong?

Might as well mention it. One extra paragraph or two will save you having to answer in several posts. =) And you wonder why I write 10,000 letter posts.

Someone did write a script for me! I followed it word for word. It just said to say it's building to cut out at 120-125, not to wait on the cut out and then tell them it just cut out.

Yeah here's the document she gave me along with "I can't tell you exactly why you failed." The more I think about it, the more pissed off I get. I really think she just didn't want to continue with the rest of the test that would have required her to go out in the rain to move cones around.

They already do that with cameras. They know most driver's won't show, although the way companies and insurance companies hold it against drivers,it would be foolish not to.

For when it's safe to drive? They're supposed to test based on the state manual, and our state manual says "at least 100PSI". It's looking like the safest thing to do is just wait until it cuts out and say "okay it just cut out at 120psi, now I'm going to do the service brake test"

That’s not the document I was referring to.
The tester has to turn in a document after the test with your info on it stating the results and why you failed.
You have a right to that info.
    This just doesn’t sound right.
