Failed Random Need Advice

Since you passed the DOT test I don't see why the company wouldn't let you drive.You already proved with a second hair test you're clean so ya do try and plz let us know what your company says.

 

Well here's the issue, if you got a call from the MRO, which is the official line of communications, and you blew it off, then why would you expect to be able to drive?

Don't care what the doc said, or the hair test says, we have procedures and regulations we all have to follow and if you want to side step them because you didn't take it seriously, then why should we take it seriously too?

 

So why didn't you raise a stink when the MRO said you came back positive? I'm thinking that there is a LOT not being said, I'll leave it at that.

The drug testing system in place does work,unfortunately you got dealt a bad hand it happens from time to time.No test is 100% accurate.

 

No need to apologize. I had my suspicions about your story. Addiction of any sort is not a disease of uncontrollable truth telling, and I certainly made no attempt at hiding my doubts. As for "either you do heroin or you don't" I think that is a fair assumption. Like I said, I know 2 people that have done heroin ONCE. And one that has struggled with addiction for years. But I don't know anyone that does heroin occasionally. Those three people that I'm speaking of all did heroin on the same evening over 20 years ago. I wont be surprised if my buddy dies from heroin use. He's on his longest stint of being clean (7 years), and I hope he continues.
Anyway, my point is that I've seen what heroin can do, and that is why I had my reservations about your story.

Its working as best as possible no different method will work any better.There's always going to be a handful of drivers that will unjustly fail only they won't go to any lengths to clear their good name like you did.Far as the oh well attitude,you're not going to find any better within our justice system either.
