    Their report to DAC won't say you did work for them. It will say you attended orientation and give the dates. Then the report will say you left and will say why. There is NOTHING to dispute. Just make sure you list this for the next 10 years on ALL Job applications. It is not positive or negative, just a record of attending an orientation.

    This has been discussed many times now with FMCSA links. You CAN NOT HAVE NARCOTICS IN YOUR SYSTEM even with a doctors prescription unless a FMCSA registered Medical Examiner approves it.

    Having a script for a narcotic doesn't take away any of the effect it has against how you drive. You will most likely find you will fail the medical.

    Yea I've been told by many companies narcotics even with a prescription are not allowed. I could be wrong, but that's just what many companies told me.
