He passed because the pressure to achieve a better lifestyle for you and him was greater than the pressure of some two bit, rinky dink, chicken s---, training outfit's tester ... period. You have a good man ... now go and make him feel like a GREAT man

Oh that is just GREAT NEWS! One thing I am wondering about, were these "third party" testers, or did they work directly for the state?

As far as the first tester never passing anyone, I know this to be not true. I was in Springfield a little over 2 weeks ago (well before this thread was started), and we did have a new tester, and from what I saw, his pass / fail rate wasn't anything out of the ordinary. I had another instructor I know have him test her student, and he failed on backing points the first 2 times, and on the third time (and first time on the road test), passed everything no problem.

Also, as far as I know, Prime will not send out the same tester with a student 3 times in a row, if you fail the driving test twice with the same tester, they will give you a different one on the third test always.
