Falcon and the interview

I accepted the flat bed position with falcon.

The only thing that got me concerned is the percentage pay.

Question such as how many loads a week will I get on average. How much on average? How will I go about collecting the pay and make sure it is accurate and get the same percentage on my paycheck that shows up on the customer's bill? Am I a contractor or regular hire? I asked the recruiter the last one but he say I get a percentage yet still a regular employee.

The recruiter either seems unsure or says stuff he thinks I want to hear.
