I don’t understand why anyone thinks they can sue someone so easily. If you can afford it sure. Hire a Lawyer, be ready to pay dearly, and also the other sides Legal fees, When you lose.

If no taxes are taken out at all, you’re being paid on a 1099. Your best recourse here may be to report them to the IRS for illegally misclassifying you as a contractor.alds, Rideandrepair and Another Canadian driver Thank this.

If ya feel you've been paid incorrectly just simply tactfully ask your payroll dept a direct question regarding the matter. Whenever i have a payroll issue i simply call our accounting dept and address it. People even in the office are human just like you an they can make mistakes. Silly to be afraid of repercussions for just asking honest questions about your pay with your employer.Rideandrepair, Another Canadian driver and lester Thank this.

...I made my pay scale super simple and I usually don't get any calls about payroll because of it.....I hate any of those complicated pay scales schemes it was allways a deal breaker for meKB3MMX Thanks this. -
