My insurance refused to pay the claim because the broker filed inaccurate information. To many things were created by the broker to blame me and none of them was true and neither was the receiver in Boston, MA. Wrong rate confirmation, wrong facts and .....
-
I have been restricted from talking to Broker's executives.
I have been restricted from having direct conversation with the receiver.
I have been restricted from discussing an issue with the brokers team.
Have been told that my case is in the claim's department and I have to deal with them.
THAT IS WHY I NEED LAWYER -
The claim : Temp Issue High. The load was received. 6 pallets the temperature were high. All the pallets received. My reefer was empty. The broker told me they dumped bad pallets. As matter of fact the so called bad pallets were donated to the farm. USDA checked the pallets temperature 4-5 hours after the delivery. The receiver never allowed to check the "bad pallet's" temperature. Nobody provided pictures of bad pallets. Some kind of USDA report provided after 5 hours.

Same broker other 3 loads

So you had a reefer download for the days in transit?

I took Tehrmo king report right after I left the receiver. Thermo king dealer directly sent printout report to broker.
The broker ignore it. On the road they told to increase temperature to one degree. Per shipper I was keeping on 34 F, the broker told me to keep at 35 F. I have a written confirmation. Anyways they ignore it. That is why I am looking for the lawyer. However, many lawyer's offices do not represent motor carriers, only brokers. -

What did they USDA report the temp? Yes. USDA checked pallets 5 hours after the delivery. I was at that time at Thermo king dealership to print out report. Initially was 6 bad pallets out of 40 pallets. After USDA check become 9.
