As some of you know, I was employed by Southern Refrigerated Transport. Upon release from said company due to "late pickup and delivery", they waited multiple months to do damage to my DAC report according to a DAC I requested 2 weeks after release.
The late pickup and delivery as they called it was because I was awaiting repairs at a shop near Baton Rouge, LA which they were made WELL aware of via QualComm. Upon my message telling them I could not do the load my driver manager replied "YOU HAD BETTER NOT BE LATE.....BOTTOM LINE".
They also filed claim of a preventable accident which occurred in Kingston, PA which I came to a 4 way stop with 2 restricted routes, 1 ahead of me and 1 to my left which was a residential area. To my right was a minivan which was parked DIRECTLY under the stoplight at the corner as well as blocking a fire hydrant which I couldn't tell until AFTER the accident occurred AT the direction of a local police officer who told me to advance around the turn despite me pointing to the van beside me which I would hit if I took the turn on the narrow 2 lane street in the first place. The officer marked on the traffic accident report which by FMCSA standards and rules I had to fax or get delivered to my company within 30 days of the occurrence that I was not at fault and the vehicle owner I had hit was cited for illegal parking for being less than 50 feet from an intersection and blocking a fire hydrant by his own handwriting and signature.
They placed the accident as a DOT Preventable Non Recordable at fault on my DAC as well as late pick up and delivery.
Anyone know of any Attorneys to contact regarding this matter to both have this removed from my DAC via court order as well as to file suit for Libel and Defamation of Character and Credentials?

You missed an appt. Plain and simple, they should've let you slide on that but didn't (who'se Wheaties did you pee on?)
The accident was your fault no matter what the cop said! Unless it was a life or death situation you should have just parked it till the car was moved. I can't believe the LEO told you to go AND YOU DID!
You can try fighting the missed appt. but the preventable is your's Good luck it's going to be an uphill fightSmaggs Thanks this. -
