Hey pal. Remember harassing me on this thread trying to make me look like a complete idiot? Well guess what moron I got in contact with a very reputable attorney who specifically deals with the fair credit reporting act and employees rights when information about them is being misconstrued in reports like mine. I ended up winning a settlement from a law suit not only from the 3rd party agency reporting the information but also the carrier who denied me employment due to it. Another fun fact is I didn’t owe him any compensation unless he won. WHICH I DID. Your nothing but a little fat weasel behind a computer screen Who thinks he knows everything but knows nothing about what he’s talking about. Go back and read your comment about a lawyer laughing at me when they hear my situation. Your the one I’m laughing at nowLtlAnonymous and BigMoose Thank this.

YEAH! SO THERE! You big fat keyboard punching doodie face!

Sure you did. Can you provide a case number?
Also, you still acting like you are is hilarious.Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -
What’s even more Hilarious is your a complete bozo with a happy meal phd. I guarantee you got picked on in school and never got laid in your life so you hide in your little dark room at night on the computer. Here’s another one for ya idiot. When you file a lawsuit a “settlement” is an agreed upon amount before it goes to court. Go ahead and google what that means. So that means the case number is irrelevant nor would I provide you with any of that information.[/QUOTE]Last edited: Jun 17, 2022

Believe it or not I read most of this thread because I found it interesting. My opinion is the company you worked for was pretty petty in reporting these things and probably did so in a vengeful manner for you quitting. A good solid reputable driver friendly company would have kept those minor incidents in house. Most companies will offer to let the driver pay for these minor damages in exchange for keeping it off their record. If they do make sure you get that in writing.
That said my friend, the incidence did indeed happen. And thus are subject to interpretation as to how one might explain the incidences. They were real, you describe them, and as is per human nature probably watered them down some. Ripping out the lines on housing box on a trailer is NOT CHEAP! This can cost in excess of $2000 to repair and replace. A company has every right to report that if they so choose.homeskillet and Another Canadian driver Thank this. -

The descriptions were vague and misleading not telling an accurate account of what happened. By law they have to provide clear and concise information which they did not. I won my case. End of story -
So your another one that comes on here asking questions about something you think is unfair.. then you give details and come to find out there's more to the story than what you mention in your OP..
Then you get all butt hurt when you don't get other's sympathy for your hard luck story... and start snapping at them for their response Because Your Billy Big Rigger and know every thing. You'll have a long bright future here on this forum. Your not the 1'st neutered puppy to come on here and act like that
It's kinda ironic you are on here sniveling about false reporting info .. and come to find out you some what did that basic thing in your OP..
I'am sure with all your driving experience you can just about pick what ever company you choose and with your attitude you can probably negotiate your own pay .. because you are a Super truckerOld_n_gray, ZVar and Another Canadian driver Thank this. -
Make sure you address me as billy big rigger in all caps the next time you talk to me you spayed little kitty.Another Canadian driver Thanks this.

This bothers me....He got some money, probably not Powerball $$$, more like go away money from the reporting agency. How is the carrier who didn't hire him on the hook? Looks like they made their decision based on info available to them at the time?
Just when you think you've heard it all.Another Canadian driver and Last Call Thank this.
