That would be my next step. File a lawsuit against the customer.

I'm all for getting rid of drunk drivers, especially CDL holders. But I am definitely against innocent drivers losing their jobs and possibly career because of someone with bad intentions.

You're right about that. Kansas fits the profile of being a job- hopper.

I suspect there is more to the story of our driver.

I smelled it on him once at our yard.

Not a bad idea but it just seems very time-consuming and too much of a hassle. Not sure if it's worth going through all the hassle.

Oh, well if that's the case, then your company did the right thing.

    Maybe.

But I still object to the fact they made the accusation a day later.

I do believe that BigDon is correct in the way he says it should be pursued.

    Dude,
Please PM me the name of the company, write me a glowing recommendation letter and quit so I can get your job!

"Should I continue on with this company (weekly salary, take home pay $800) or move on to a better company after my 1st year?"

Truthfully, I believe you handled the situation with great class and maturity. However, next time you encounter her, make it obvious you are checking her out and just as obviously, smirk.

Of course you are suppose to handle it in a professional mature manner. Just like some idiot that cuts you off or whatever. Take it as a grain of salt and tomorrow is another day. By Friday you will forget about it. Unless they keep posting, lol.

I watch them judge shows all the time now that I'm home. People get sued everyday for spreading false rumors. But you have to prove it. It seems like too much work though. You have to be the suing type.

The mentality here in TN is you don't get mad, you get even. Thinking along them lines, them big stores have district managers and corporate managers. Contact one of them and say you delivered and saw her snorting a line or something through a crack in the office door. I guarantee you she will be getting a visit. Then you'll have self satisfaction she got her arse yanked for a drug test. The witch will be hunting you down then if it took the rest of her life. Those type are crazy! :)
