Yes I am the compliance consultant, but I have yet to have faced anything quite like this before, I guess I've gotten lucky. So I'm just trying to find all the resources that I can to take to the company to address this and guide them back into complete compliance if possible. Unfortunately my observations lead more to the fact that they're more concerned about the money they bring in than anything else so I fear that even if I get all that information it's going to fall on deaf ears. I think this issue is going to fall both on the company and the driver because a driver should know to never log in as someone else, but I guess that might be just a plain assumption and I could be wrong
