Fan clutch problem.

    Ok I have a 2010 630 d13 with 628k.
    I replaced the fan clutch just shy of 500k.

    I have this code and the fan seems to.be stuck but not fully locked
    Mid 128 Sid 33 Fmi 5.
    I disconected the power to the air solenoid and started the truck and the fan becomes fully locked. Plug it back in and started the truck. Now the fan is disengaged and running normal. The code became inactive.

    I have no airleaks around the hub or hear any leaks. I think the valve is buggered Thoughts?

    called fan solenoid. easy to change, might be one of the cheapest parts you will ever have to buy for your volvo. Around $50.

    Just paid $68 from Vangaurd of Atlanta Ga.. They said I need a new harness for 10. After I deliver tomorrow morning I will switch out the valve.
