Fan overide issues

    Hey guys, I have a 2011 Int prostar with a maxforce 13L engine. Upon startup, my electrical (not elec over air) clutch fan engages and runs for about 2 minutes. It's alway done this and I suspect thats normal. A couple days ago, the fan guit working after this startup period unless the rpms are over 1300. Even when I engage the fan overide switch nothing works below 13 - 1400 rpm.
    No codes are coming up and my local mechanic is stumped.
    Any helpful hints would be appreciated.

    My fan has a air valve on the fire wall. 25.00. But different trucks. Also when this went out there was no code.

    Bring to a place that has software for a corn binder. See if they can see the fan request at the ecm level.
