Accounting principles that have no bearing on payments to f2f contractors per the contract. Hey did you ever find out if Bill walks on water daily or do I need one of you kool aid drinkers to get me a ticket to see it, I'm going through the choo choo today!!!labagiamf and HalpinUout Thank this.

More FACTS:
Redbeard you are incorrect...First of all those loads were setup by Tom as a dedicated run, I did NOT book those loads, it was setup that I drop the empty trailer on Fridays so they would have it over the weekend to load it by Monday afternoon/evening, now Dispatch may have not known about my decision Friday, but TOM (who agreed to pay me that Thursday, Friday and Monday and who again I say, SETUP the dedicated drop trailer runs, NOT I) surely did!!
Dispatch has a difficult time remembering whose loads are whose, let alone getting involved with other issues (but, that is another issue) and it was Monday evening, NOT Sunday when I sent you an email stating, you (keeping you in the loop of earlier Monday's $ituation) need to contact broker for that load because I still did NOT receive payment (as promised) from you guys!!! Most of the DISPATCH (day shift) knew about the $ituation, obviously Redbeard, if you work night shift...you MIGHT be out of the loop (would NOT be the 1st time at F2F)...jus sayin...
Direct Deposit:
Again, you guys take a voided check when I signed on and explain to me, I will be paid EVERY WEEK via direct deposit...Guess what, that's what I expected...Guess again...that's NOT what happened. I have NOT received a settlement via direct deposit since I leased on.
As I stated before...every week I had to call in to find out if I was going to be paid that week...yes, I admit, after all day waiting usually by next day (when Bill's wife would call/text me to give me an EFS code, NOT FleetOne for payment-I asked will I be paid with EFS from now on, she kept assuring me, direct deposit would start next week), I would be paid. But, I should NOT have to WONDER if I'm going to be paid on a week to week basis. It was established at the beginning...DIRECT DEPOSIT, NOT EFS or FleetOne , then Bill said, "he did not realize that it was costing him $1000 per month to use EFS (for convenience), so I would NO LONGER be paid EFS, it would be FleetOne, however I do NOT have Fleetone checks (though Bill said, "he would have office personnel send them to me" that was over 2 weeks ago, I have not received them yet)
Those are the facts, with a little bit of conjecture, opinion, and forward-looking statements that can be identified by words and phrases like "should" and "hope to".[/QUOTE]HalpinUout and double yellow Thank this. -
that is all...

Is FleetOne like EFS where one can pick up checks along the way like at Truck Stops, etc?
Just curious as that is one of very few things that I don't know everything about...
-
Then I was told by Bill on Monday, "that even if Tom would have given me a FleetOne check Friday morning, he would have called me back to cancel because funds were NOT available" and yes I am sure there are major truck stops that may have checks...
-
That may be - the material I can reference is emails you send to dispatch. None of them refer to anything being set up by Tom. Almost all our dedicated freight is through two customers, and neither of them was the customer with whom you racked up 2 service failures within 24 hours.
I also got the days of the week wrong. It was Monday night that you emailed in that you wouldn't be picking up the load that was supposed to be picked up Monday afternoon. So rather than having 20 hours, we had -4 hours. I remembered it was a night when I was relieved at midnight by Bill, and I'd forgotten that it was when I was also covering weeday 2nd shift dispatch as well. Mea culpa.
And does the method of payment really matter? You were offered a method of payment. You refused. You abandoned a trailer. There have been weeks when I was paid with an EFS or FleetOne check. No skin off my nose - I was paid. And I've been paid late too. But I handled it like an adult, and not like an infant with a wet diaper.
This much is true - you should not have to wonder on a week to week basis if you will be paid. This has been acknowledged and is being addressed in a professional way. Your temper tantrum on 3/28 at 7:29pm, however, is not professional.HDFatboy Thanks this. -
Yes, it's a check system similar to ComCheks and EFS checks. It's part of the NASTC FleetOne fuel card system.

Yes, it does. ACH is much much much much more convenient for a driver on the road (and costs the driver & company less to boot).gentleroger and exhausted379 Thank this.
