And to add to this, I'd bet all those 'living the good life' activities occurred back when the market was up and everyone was making money hand over first.

Even so, I'll bet you $100 that Bill can just close up shop and liquidate F2F at any time, and he'll still be able to afford his current lifestyle. I'm pretty sure he didn't bet the entire farm on F2F.

Touché. However, a competent business owner never, ever misses payroll.

I haven't seen an F2F employee come into this thread and say that he's missed payroll.

I've seen independent business owners come in here and say that he's late paying their invoices. But nothing about payroll yet.

My point exactly, how do these guys know they are half truths, because bill or the other sycophants say they are? Let's turn it around, why are Bill and said sycophants spewing half truths?

there does seem to be something special, even cultish ,about the principals of F2F,when you have
(1)people who admit to not working for the company being their most strident defender,
(2 )people basically implying that the principals of F2F are good and can do no wrong
(3)people taking favorable positions to the principals of F2F and their not paying on time ,when it is probable that they would have taken different positions had it been a different company.
    (4) people attacking those who have less than good things to say about the principals of F2F,while at the same time pretending as if they are the only ones being ''attacked''.
(5)People making statements such as ''me and a lot of others BELIEVE (with emphasis on the word believe,as it is often used to show faith in god and his/her/its abilities)'' ....we will be paid,or , they will make it right.
(6)pulling the ''victim/we are being insulted and persecuted'' card,no doubt in an effort to distract from the main issue, and to get sympathy and support.
(7)not responding to specific questions being asked, instead, going of on tangents,e.g. attacking the credibility of people who dont share their position. The old ''shoot the messenger'' tactic.
(8 people, including those who dont work for the company, seeming to be offereing the principals of F2F special protection,by encouraging management not to reply ,while they reply on the behalf of management
(9)different consequences for those who are on the anti F2F side of the argument.

Actually i wouldn't be surprised if he is willing and prepared to go all in at this point. He just doesn't strike me as the type to leave guys holding the bag. At least not the guys that don't leave his trailer hundreds of miles away.

Again, semantics. I didn't know it was in dispute that payroll/settlements/invoices/aged receivables (whatever lipstick on a pig term you want to use) were behind contractual terms. I thought mr big bad acknowledged that, no?

I didn't say that he wouldn't be willing and prepared to. My point was that I believe that while he may be a major creditor to F2F, he's not in danger of going bankrupt personally.
