OP made his bed and now has to lay in it. If he had taken a deep breath and thought things through he could have quit cleanly on his own terms with his money. Now it comes to light in the course of things that he couldn't afford to park that truck and wait on his money.

Well you know many of us often wonder on here why is it guys jump into this business headlong and don't have a little rainy day cushion stashed away somewhere? Wtf is anyone thinking owner operating a truck and they can't afford to park it for a week? That is not a knock on OP. That's a hard lesson he had to learn. Maybe someone else reading this won't make the same mistake. Standards are too lax that a person like that even got leased on in the first place but it's not my company and I don't make the rules.

And I have not heard anyone say anything to the contrary that F2F has been slow on paying some of its financial obligations to his business partners.

But he, and his partners, seem to be working on the issue, together, and some even volunteering to hold off their amounts due so that others might be made right and whole.

 

60 days of not getting paid? You could have just returned the tractor to the yard and found a new company to drive for...it sucks. But you have to think about your bottom-line not just the people who employ you. Good Luck!

 

Good for them, very noble, but some "business partners" as you like to say just want their money on time as agreed. Pretty simple. I don't care if the f2f cult all defer their pay, that's no excuse to begrudge the ones who don't want to finance meester bill's adventure.

I don't care, not a bit, at least about your attitude. So the guy couldn't afford to park the truck and wait on his money, where is the problem? Why should he have to wait on his money? If he couldn't afford for the wheels to stop turning for an hour, what's it to you? How do you know his financial situation? I've said before, he could be a millionaire multiple times over, where and how would that obligate him to wait on his money? By the way, it's a public forum last time I checked, people post things to elicit opinions and responses, at least that's the way I understand it. You label it as trolling because I don't agree with anything you say, that's why they are called opinions. If I was cheerleading along with you and that ruff ride guy everything would be good. Since I find it deplorable in any way and under any circumstances to delay pay or whatever name you all call it now an employee you get huffy. If f2f forged such great customer relationships that us rubes out here should envy, why didn't someone forge a relationship with some form of a lender for a credit line for payroll which every businessman who has employees or whatever you all want to build yourself up as now to pay as agreed, amount and time.

 

And it seems that there is a group of people working together to do just that... Pretty Simple.

Everyone connected to the company wants this current situation to end and everyone gets what is due them.
