"I do hate it when someone wants to pass but they take 5 minutes to do it and look over at me like I'm the Acehole for not slowing down for their princess ace. Hey this is the speed I was doing when you were behind me and this is the speed I will be doing when you get in front of me. If you cannot pass without me slowing down, boom you cannot pass so don't even try."
Well I have to ask if the ground is flat and I went from your 6 to your 9 why would it break your balls to back off 1 or 2 to let me pass? I see the guys pulling the wheel and gritting their teeth. I get 66 on flat btw. Next thing I see is Fred Sanford merging at 35 and tooth gritter is spitting his soda pop on the windshield and smoking his brakes cuz I got Billy Bigrigger(lol) and 25 unable to text fourwheelers right up my butt. It'd be easier to pass me if you had a clear left lane. Like 2 girls_1truck said, do it when it's polite. . Assphalt makes pay it forward nonexistent. It's a #### shame.

Driving 55 instead of 62 or 64 for 24 hours is a loss of 100-200 mi per day for us.
9 x 24 = 216
7 x 24 = 168
Get it now? Notice I didn't say a word about passing trucks that are 1 mph slower than I am. -
It annoys the piss out of me too. I drive local in Florida with a 65mph truck and it happens daily to me. Just to put it out there, Florida has no hills of any significance. Yet time and time again I'll have someone want to jump from 60 to 70 the moment my tractor reaches theirs. Fortunately, with traffic being the way it is in the area I run, they will usually get put back in place by granny 4 wheeler before they can pull out in front of me. Having said that, I know no one is perfect out there. And I also know I catch myself doing this same thing in my 4 wheeler all the time. In my company truck though I do not have to worry about fuel mileage though so I'm trying to break the governor all day long.
scottied67 and 2Girls_1Truck Thank this. -
You would think fl has no hills, but those anthills that we call hills out on I 10 still manage to make half the trucks drop a gear or two. Pretty pathetic if you ask me.

Generally, the phone-worshippers will miss the first 2-4 "resume speed limit" signs after construction.XZRF4 Thanks this. -
