the way that straight truck looks , it appears like the sni driver clipped him with a corner of the tractor in the center of his rear? Leads me to believe the box wasnt fully off the road? I'd like to see pics from where the collision first occured, to see if triangles or fussees were out.

Either that, or the SNI driver wasn't paying attention and the box driver was pulling off of the road and the SNI driver nailed him. I was a police officer for 11 years and have been to and worked hundreds of accidents and this one doesn't look good. Something just doesn't look "right" from these images.

Tragic for the life that was lost.

If the driver was indeed texting while driving, I have no sympathy for what happens to him within the legal system.

I use my phone for directions, that doesn't mean I was texting while driving. The only way to tell would be get the guys phone records. Anyway how would a witness know he was texting? Was they to busy not watching the road and concentrating on just that SNI driver?
