Schneider is as good a place as any to start. I doubt their tanker will be a good fit for a team, but that's the good thing about Schneider [or maybe Prime] ... there are division options within the same company.

I'd wait until you both have a year under your belts.
A year is actually nothing, but it shows you KINDA know what you're doing.

Drive a year by yourselves then reevaluate if you still want to do teams.
